FunQuest KSA – FAQs
Can my child visit FunQuest without an adult?
No. Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Do children need to wear socks?
Yes. FunQuest is a shoe-free zone, and socks must be worn at all times.
Can I wear shoes inside the play area?
No. Shoes are not permitted inside the play area. Please wear socks.
Can we bring food or drinks from outside?
No. Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises.
What if my child has a food allergy?
Please inform our team about any food allergies when making your booking or at least 7 days in advance.
Are there any age, height, or health restrictions?
Yes. Certain attractions have specific age, height, and health requirements. Please follow the applicable restrictions before participating.
Are parents responsible for supervising their children?
Yes. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children and must sign a waiver upon entry.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No. Tickets and payments are non-transferable.
